The Kellogg’s website states that the gelatin is from beef, except for the s’mores flavor

If the animal which they took the gelatin from (not pork) is executed the halal way; which is reciting Bismiallah before killing it, then.. Yes, it is halal. Where as it is extremely unlikely for a non-Muslim brand do that for the Muslim community.
