What’s haram about Kipling angel slices
It is the carmine red colouring which comes from beetles.
Is that across all fiqh? carmine is derived through crushing, boiling then the insoluble matter is extracted and further treated… does that process not render it no longer in it’s original form or contents? Also only a very small quantity is present with the whole, is this classification of haram not strange?
Sadly I just recalled that the majority (98%) of scholars globally approved Covid19 Jab as halaal… demonstrating the absurdity, misguidance and weakness in faith we have to endure from the scholars of today.
That is not an example of Istihalala.
Salam, just checking is the Colour (Copper Chlorophyll) halal in the After Dinner Mint Fancies?
JazakAllah.
Salam yes. If alcohol was used as a solvent it will be in negligible amount so halal nevertheless.
salam, how about the kipling lemon and raspberry battenburgs? i can’t find anything online nor any use of carmine colouring?
Wa Alaykum As-salam, it does contain carmine.
Unicorn fancies is halal or suitable for vegetarians?
Wa Alaykum As-salam no they are not, they contain carmine
Can you please make a halal version of battenburgs and Angel slices please?
There’s a new flavour called ” Sticky Toffee Pudding”
Are Victoria slices halal?
What about lemon layered fancies
